Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for items, which must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition, unused, and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us. If an item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
