We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale, Blemished, Clearance items that live under our "Clearance" or "Sales" tab are not eligible for refunds or exchange. These items are considered final sales. If we receive returned sale items, the package will be returned at the expense of the customer and a refund will not be issued.

Please allow 24-48 business hours for our team to respond to your return request. As soon as your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be sent to your email to send the item(s) back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as our Return Policy. Please note that we do not hold items while waiting for a return. If your selected option is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

NOTE: In some cases, we may not have the product/size for which you wish to exchange, so we recommend checking the sizing info and placing an order for the correct product/size you want, and then start the return process.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
