SHIPPING
Some orders require a signature upon delivery to help prevent lost or stolen packages. If you are not available, the carrier will hold the package for redelivery or pickup at a carrier location. Some items may not qualify for alternate delivery methods for security reasons.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in original condition, unused, and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately for assistance.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us. If the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
