We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale, Clearance, and Garage Sale Items:

Items listed under our "Sales" tab, including Sale, Clearance, and Garage Sale items, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These items are considered final sale. If we receive returned sale items, the package will be returned at the customer's expense and a refund will not be issued.

Digital Gift Cards:

Digital gift cards are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply; please contact us at Support@chimploot.com for details. The balance of the digital gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products purchased with a gift card can be returned following our standard return policy. If eligible, you will receive the refund in the form of store credit or a new gift card.

How to Start a Return:

To start a return, contact us at Support@chimploot.com. Please allow 24-48 business hours for our team to respond to your return request. Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be sent to your email.

Cost of Return Shipping:

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective or damaged item), we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as our return policy. We do not hold items while waiting for a return. If your selected option is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. In some cases, we may not have the product or size for which you wish to exchange, so we recommend checking the sizing info and placing an order for the correct product or size you want, and then starting the return process.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@chimploot.com.
