We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition, with all components included.
Sale, Clearance, and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping is covered. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued after inspection within 10 business days.
Delivery & Shipping Issues
Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Customers may be required to file a claim with the carrier before we can review or assist.

All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for review. Resolutions may be provided at our discretion.
